TFH would like to challenge Master Theory to a best 2 out of 3 Big Team 8 on 8 clan match.
He have just recently got our clan up and running and would like to challenge other clans.
We believe we are a good clan and would like to see how we are against others.
In doing so, we not only want to see our skill level compared to other clans, but to hopefully make some new friends in doing so.
We hope that you guys do accept our request.

Sounds like fun! Do you have a date/time in mind that would work for your team?

Thanks for stopping by Nysk8terboy7, and welcome to our forums.

We love having matches against other teams, we would be happy to accept. But first a few questions. How long have you guys been playing Halo, what does "TFH" stand for? What kind of matches were you guys thinking of (maps & gametypes) and what does your roster look like?

Well TsengMao x MT,
We have been playing halo ever since it first came out.
A bunch of us are friends in real life and use to have halo parties and play so much.
A few of us had Halo 2 and did the clan thing on there.
Once Halo 3 came out, we where disapointed that there weren't official clans.
We still played together and played with the friends we knew from Halo 2.
TFH stands for The Fifth Horseman. It goes along with the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse.
We were thinking of doing a 8 on 8 big team.
Gametypes could be anything from slayer to neutral assault, but we try to stay away from heavy.
The maps are usually the larger ones like valhalla, standoff, and thoose maps.
Here is a list of a few of our members. The first two are in oder of rank then the rest is in alphabetical order.
TFH Retribution
TFH Carnage
TFH Armageddon
TFH Brutality
TFH Chaos
TFH Comatose
TFH Defiance
TFH Demolition
TFH Desolation
TFH Devastation
TFH Extinction
TFH Genesis
TFH Immortal
TFH Redemption
TFH Revelation

Thanks for offering the challenge, we are always looking for good competition. I was going through your roster and a few questions popped up. It seems like your team is restart tags, as most have less than a thousand exp.  As you can see from below, more than half your roster seems to fall into 2 categories.

#1 Brand new tag
#2 hasnt played in a long time.

TFH Carnage        Colonel 598 EXP  tag is less than 1 month old
TFH Armageddon  Corporal 15 EXP tag is less than 1 month old
TFH Chaos            Leiutenant  76 EXP  tag is almost 3 months old
TFH Comatose      Captian 410 exp  hasnt played in a couple months
TFH Defiance        Gunny sergeant  375 EXP last played 9/7/2008
TFH Desolation      Gunny sergeant 51 EXP tag is a couple months old
TFH Immortal        Corporal 11 exp  Last played 11/18/08
TFH Redemption    Sergeant 24 EXP tag less than a month old
TFH Revelation      Brig EXP 648

Im not trying to bust chops here, I was just wondering if you could clear some things up for me.

Thanks,

Yeah, some of these are restart tags.
We all have another gamertag that we play on but when we play together as a clan we use these so we look more together and professional.
You wouldn't play a team that everyone was wearing different jerseys and different names on them, now would you?
Some members haven't been active in awhile due to other issues such as broken xbox, navy, or getting married.
Others such as Retribution, want to stay a lower level like Gunnery Sergeant, because it looks better.
Would this Saturday be too early for you guys? Just throwing out a time.

This Saturday would not be very good for us as Thanksgiving is this week and we have a few people that will be out of town for the weekend.

Let's try for Sunday, December 20th, around 9pm CST. That will give both teams a chance to get back into gear and a chance to run a couple practices. We already have 2 challenges lined up, a possible one for the 6th and a definite for the 12th.

Master Theory versus TFH

by: Audley x MT

And in the end of times, it was said that the Four Horsemen would be seen on the horizon.  In reality, there were 8 of them, none of the domains War, Pestilence, Famine, nor Death.  These riders dubbing themselves The Fifth Horsemen challenged the Master Theory, who claimed there could only be Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Game 1 standoff CTF    The perfect battlefield was selected for their first chance on the proving grounds.  The barren steppe of Standoff, a valley much akin to the fabled Megiddo where the world must end.

The horsemen rode out but found they could not stand against the much more agile cavalry of Master Theory, as those who mounted the Warthog ravaged the horsemen for much of the first match.

Some were forced to retreat to their base, cowering in the corners to guard their icon of glory, their flag, with their lives.  And for a time, they held.

But Master Theory would not be stopped as push after push eventually led to the flag being plucked from its stronghold, being carried back to the MT base by a veritable assembly line of willing soldiers.

Another push, as time drew to a close, led to both teams pulling a flag.  Master Theory's defense held while the silent hunter known as Pie scored the second and final cap for Master Theory.

game 2  Valhalla slayer   Apparently these Horsemen decided the Megiddo-reminiscent Standoff was not the religious Apocalypse they represented as the battlefield changed to the Nordic Valhalla, with Slayer as the gametype of choice.

This battle began as most post-Ragnarok do, both sides charged the advantageous center hill.  And much like the previous battle, Master Theory employed their porcine mount behind enemy lines to ensure they won the push.  After obtaining control of the auspicious knoll, the Master Theory squad never looked back.

The Horseman, who entered the battle expecting victory, quickly became frustrated, desecrating the corpses of those they managed to slay in battle.  One would think with a domain like Vengeance on their team, they would know how quickly vengeful bullets will come the way of those who treat ill the dead, but alas, they found themselves the victim of karma as the scales of victory tipped in favor of Master Theory.

With their morale broken after two battles, the Horsemen fled, their tails tucked beneath their steeds' legs.  The white flag was raised and the imposters of the Apocalypse were sent away.

Master Theory had prevailed.
